Technology Log - FREE

Do you have computers in your classroom, or a computer lab available at your school? Do you have students work on specific assignments while they using the computer? If so, I think you will like this new FREE document available at my TPT Store. It includes two different styles of my “Technology Lab Log” (found HERE) where students jot down when they used the computer, what website they visited and what activity they did while they were there. It also includes two different styles of my “Technology Password Log” because we all know that with so many websites out there, it can be difficult to remember what password we used for which website.

I have my students purchase a three-prongs pocket folder at the beginning of the school year and label it Technology Folder. I then print out the logs, three hole punch them and have the students place them in the prongs. We write down different websites we will be visiting throughout the school year, and I tell them what their username and password will be. Most of the time it is either a universal password, or something that includes their student id number. Students then keep these folders in their desk and pull them out whenever we visit the computer lab at our school. It's a great way to document the students' computer usage, and also a great method of tracking individualized instruction when you have students work on different assignments or tasks according to their levels.

I hope you enjoy the FREE Technology Lab Log.

Your Thrifty Co-Teacher,

~Cristy
